Karachi, July 26: Pakistan captain Younis Khan has reiterated that he would not come out his Twenty20 retirement even if requested by the country’s Cricket Board.
"My decision is final. I don’t consider myself fit enough for this format of the game," he said from Colombo in an interview on Sunday.
Younis had announced his retirement from the shortest form of the game after Pakistan won the World Twenty20 Championship in England last month. The 31-year-old said he doesn’t want to be ridiculed by fans by going back on his decision.
