New Delhi, Sept. 6: No final date has been set so far for hearing Pakistani captain Inzamam-ul Haq, the International Cricket Council said on Wednesday.
"It has been agreed that the hearing will be in the last week of September but a date is yet to finalised," ICC Chief Executive Malcolm Speed said at a press conference here.
Inzamam was charged with ball tampering and bringing the game to disrepute after the forfeited fourth and final Test against England last month.
A guilty verdict could result in a ban of upto eight one-dayers or four Tests.
Speed said the lawers of the ICC and the Pakistan Cricket Board were discussing a date suitable for both parties. "We should be able to come out with a date in a day or two," he said.
